How to get help with a purchase or a change to a creative project.
Digital marketplace purchases
Creator-made digital files are offered through the ADREZT marketplace. Downloads become available after the payment provider confirms the transaction. If payment is pending, the purchase status page may update after the provider responds. A confirmed payment that does not produce a usable download needs support.
When to contact us
Ask us to review a duplicate or unauthorised charge, a missing or inaccessible file, a defective file, or a product materially different from its description. We may offer working access, a suitable correction or a refund, depending on the issue and your rights. A change of mind after a usable digital file has been delivered may not qualify for a refund, except where applicable law gives you that right. This policy does not remove any statutory consumer protection.
How to request help
Email management@adrezt.com with the purchase email, product name, transaction reference and a short description of the problem. A screenshot of an error can help. Never send your full card number, PIN or password. We may need to confirm you made the purchase before discussing it or restoring guest access.
Refund processing and disputes
We review the order and, where needed, contact the creator or payment provider. An approved refund is made through the relevant payment provider; the time for the money to reach you depends on that provider and your bank. A refunded or reversed order may lose download access. You may raise a payment dispute with your provider and use any consumer complaint route available under law.
Bookings and agency projects
Sending a Book Me request or Hire ADREZT brief is only an enquiry. There is no paid booking to cancel until the parties agree to one. For a confirmed project, the written project terms should set out cancellation, deposits, work already performed and any refund. Mandatory rights to cancel or obtain a refund still apply.
